Calling all girlie-girls! Our pink and purple-themed extravaganza ​is a symphony of all things sparkly, fluffy, and downright fabulous. ​Get ready for a slumber party fit for royalty! (Princess, unicorn, ​hippos, etc can easily be added to this theme.

🎬 Movie Magic

Lights, camera, sleepover! Transform your home into a ​cinematic wonderland with our movie night theme. From ​popcorn to pajamas, we've got everything you need for a ​blockbuster evening of Hollywood-worthy fun.

Who needs the great outdoors when you can bring the camping ​experience indoors? Our camping-themed sleepover is a cozy ​retreat complete with tents, faux campfires, and plenty of ​s'mores to go around. Leave the bugs at the door and let the ​adventure begin!

Transform your space into a tropical paradise with our vibrant decor and ​island-inspired accents of colorful leis, twinkling lanterns, pink flamingos ​and more. Q: How much does it cost to host a themed sleepover party with Pop-up Sleepover?

A: Our themed sleepover party packages start at $295 for the first 4 tents. Each additional tent beyond the initial 4 is $75. Once availability is confirmed, ​bookings are held with a 50% deposit that goes towards your final balance with the remaining balance due one week prior to your event. Invoices are sent via ​email after availability is confirmed and will remain valid for 24 hours. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, it will automatically cancel out and the ​date/theme will then be released for others to book and may not be available again. If you need your invoice extended, please let us know.

Q: What is included in each package​?

A: Each package includes all the essentials like canvas teepee tents, inflatable air mattresses, freshly laundered fitted sheets, blankets, adjustable bed trays, ​lanterns with flame-less tea light candles, fairy lights, garland, name plates, professional setup, styling, and next day breakdown.


We do not provide sleeping pillows for hygiene reasons. Please ask each guest to bring their own pillo​w.

Q: Can I add extra activities or goodies to my party package?

A: Absolutely! We offer a range of extra activities and add-ons to take your sleepover party to the next level. Whether you're looking to pamper your little ​guests with spa activities, unleash their creativity with art projects, or indulge in a classic camping experience with a s'mores kit, we've got you covered. Just let ​us know what you have in mind, and we'll work our magic to make it happen.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book my sleepover party?

A: We recommend booking your Pop-up Sleepover party as soon as possible to secure your desired date and theme. Our calendar fills up fast, so don't wait ​until the last minute to reserve your spot! Get in touch with us today to start planning the slumber party of your child's dreams. All parties booked within 7 ​days of the event will re​quire a $50 rush fee.

Q: Do I need to provide anything for the sleepover party?

A: Please be sure to have an open, clean and clutter free space with all furniture moved before arrival. We do not move furniture. Just make sure you have ​enough space in your chosen party area to accommodate the number of tents you've selected. We take care of the atmosphere from there, so you can kick b​ack and relax while we wor​k our magic.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: Pop-up Sleepover currently serves Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Bedford, Euless, and Keller. If you're located outside of our s​ervice area, don't hesitate to reach out to us anyway! We'll do our best to accommodate your party needs or connect you with a trusted partner in your​ area.

Q: What happens if something gets damaged during the party?

A: Accidents happen, and we totally understand! That said, please avoid consuming food and beverages in the tents, as well as playing with slime, nail polish, et​c on the beds. In the rare instance something is damaged, you are completely liable for the damages or excessive cleaning fees for items that are not in the sa​me condition as they were during setup. When you rent from Pop-up Sleepover, you agree to these terms and conditions. We strive to make the setup and te​ardown process as smooth as possible, but if you notice any issues or damages during the party, please let us know so we can address them promptly.

Q: How do I book my themed sleepover party?

A: Booking your Pop-up Sleepover party is as easy as pie! Simply fill out our booking inquiry form with your desired date, theme, and party details. Once we ​receive your inquiry, we'll reach out to confirm availability and finalize the details of your dreamy sleepover extravaganza. Get ready to make memories that'll ​last a lifetime! 🌟

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Life can be unpredictable, and we totally get it! If you need to cancel your Pop-up Sleepover party for any reason, just give us a heads-up as soon as ​possible. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled party date will receive a full refund of any payments made. Cancellations made within 7 ​days of the party date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit. We're here to work with you and ensure your party planning experience is as stress-f​ree as possible!
